I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Challenger, a retailer I had previously trusted and respected. I purchased a TCG (OP-03 Booster Box) product from their store at Tampines Mall, only to discover that it had been tampered with and some of the cards were missing. When I brought it back to the store, the staff was unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the issue. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of quality control and customer service at Challenger.

The store is well-organized and easy to navigate. They have a wide selection of electronics and accessories. The staff are friendly and helpful. I always have a good experience shopping at Challenger.

I recently bought a gaming console from Challenger and it stopped working after a few days. I brought it back to the store and the staff were unhelpful and unwilling to provide a refund or replacement.
