Bad service, do not bother going there. I went there to purchase a laptop and I already had one in mind after doing a lot of research. So I was taking a look at it and I was approached by the sales representative. I asked a few questions but the sales representative seemed disinterested and gave short, unhelpful answers. It was clear that they were not knowledgeable about the product. I decided to leave and purchase the laptop elsewhere. I do not recommend this store for their poor service.

I made an online order and chose self collection as I need the item urgently. It took half a day to process and I got the SMS saying the item is ready for collection, but no invoice was received. When I went to collect the item, I checked with 1 staff and he said check with the cashier, then went to the cashier and they said it was taken by another department person. Serious miscommunication! Can the higher management look into this issue seriously? Seriously disappointing. It's not the first time.
