please avoid putting personel with dementia like symptoms/ impairment of intellectual functionality at airport security screening area，this may cause unnessary jam，and if serious cause danger
Traffic division is extremely rude when trying to book my friend’s car. My friend is a new driver with probation plates on both the front and back of the car. Very maddening to see staff who is not trained properly to speak with people professionally. Please train on attitude of your staff before deploying them out.
