Everything is expensive, clean and comfortable. They safe the buiding by fingerprint. Around 300.000USD to buy 1 apartment (~ 50m2 = 1 bedroom, 1 small kitchen+livingroom, 1wc, 1 store 2m2), can drink water directly from water pipes
We were here during our days in Singapore and liked very much our stay here. Close to the metro, bus stips, markets and very short time to the main points in Singapore. Very clean in here even though it's close to very busy area of the city.
