1st servicing after CB. Long queue. Staff is professional. Customer service officer is polite and patient. But car servicing is still taking a long time as usual. If pressed for time, better to service it elsewhere

As a dweller of the West, C&C Pandan has been a go to for car servicing for the last 15 years. For all its worth, the facility seem to have a low turnaround rate for its service advisors; which is a good thing. ???? They have always exceeded expectations in staff service and have defied the stereotype of service advisors being unprofessional, always providing honest and timely advice. However, one area they can definitely reconsider and improve on is the timeliness of service appointments. Would be great if they can efficiently provide alternative transport to their customers instead of just shuttle bus services.
I would like to have some small light refreshments available while I wait for my car to be serviced. They should add some vending machines or coffee machines for their customers.
