I call Kia service center because I lost my cash card. The staff was nice and helped me to check and left message for to see if any staff found it. Although the cash card was not found I still appreciate their kind assistance.

The staff at C&C Kia Authorised Service Centre (Alexandra) have been helpful and attentive in addressing this issue. They have taken the time to diagnose the problem and have been transparent in providing updates on the progress of the repair. I appreciate their dedication to resolving the issue under warranty.
