Delivery service is really very bad, more than 5 days! No response to email and calls. And even when I ask to cancel twice no response and suddenly a sms to say delivery will be done and the delivery crew will place the items outside my door! I do not like to leave bad reviews, but you gave me no choice.

Used to be way more efficient. But with more outlets the standard has declined. Took 5 days to deliver simple order and missed out an item (there were only two different items ordered so it really wasn’t complex). And they sell cats. They should be promoting adoption not selling cats
