Bad experience with Castilla. Placed order for a sofa on 30th April, salesperson committed to Mid-End July delivery if we order before May. Received Whatsapp message on 28th May (almost a month later) from Anna that the leather we chose is out of stock and sofa can only be delivered in September. Don't understand how can the store allow salesperson to commit with such long delivery time and then inform that our choice is out of stock. Very disappointed.
