The counselor is very attentive and perceptive, with very good memory of previous discussions. Lots of techniques were shared on how to improve on issues and they really work for me.

I am a volunteer therefore I may be a bit bias,of course I enjoy my work there.Helping the seniors is very rewarding especially most of them are very appreciative.

there is free counselling hotline.. i will said some counsellors are nice, whereas some are negative and toxic, and will say unkind things to add on to your sorrows. nevertheless, this is a free counselling hotline, so they are volunteers and may not be very well trained...
