I wrote in to Cannasia's whatsapp line to enquire about servicing of my bicycle and my brakes. Do note, I did not buy the bike from them nor have I ever used their services. However, the staff at Cannasia were very helpful and answered all my questions promptly. They provided me with all the information that I needed and even recommended some products that could help with my bike's performance. Even though I didn't end up using their services, I was impressed with their customer service.
