The customer service officers couldn’t do much service recovery. They were prompt in response, polite and patient though.

Send my rice cooker for repair after buying it for less than 6 mths. After 1 mth called their service centre since no one called me back and was told that I have to pay for a part. But it is their product faulty and I have 3 years warranty on this.
