First time visiting their humble store & i can say, Gavin ( i supppse he's the boss ) is very knowledgeable & patient towards his every customer. Though ive yet to send in my ride for upgrading , i've bought/collected my Birdy upgrades from him personally that i bought from Shopee. Highly recommended!!!
Great service by the team! Was attended by Gavin who is patient and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the pain points that I have shared and recommended the necessary troubleshooting steps to resolve the issues.
Highly recommend this bicycle shop. Managed to replace my bald tyre to a thicker and safer tyre recommended by Gavin. Also would like to thank Ryan for his skilful service. He also helped me oil my chain as he noticed it was too dry.
