Went down earlier this afternoon for the eye consultation and was really impressed by the customer service given :) The staff were knowledgeable and patiently explained about the toric lens especially since it will be my first time trying on contact lenses. Looking forward to try on once it arrives!

I understood it is a busy day due to new products but there was no crowd control or communication at all from th 2 staffs on duty more so from the one who dont check our eyes. Some of us are left alone, others are lost. I took my chance to …
