Mad guy who rummages through dustbins smokes at their nearest bus-stop. Bus-drivers recognize him and refuse to open the door for him if he is the only one boarding the bus. He does not actually need to take a bus. He lives nearby.
Dated CC serving the residents around Beauty World / Upper Bukit Timah / Toh Yi / Toh Tuck areas. There's a useful Post Office in it too. Often used as a vaccination centre too.
