Very angry about your one long hair lady staff in your Changi city point outlet. I was visit your shop at around 5-6pm at 23rd march. I wanted to buy one shoe and wanted ask some questions. It was very busy during that moment so one of your staff informed me to wait. I waited around more than 20 mins. Then I went to the tall lady(staff) to get her recommendation and I even asked the lady which of the shoes I could take. The lady was really impolite, she just told me not to waste her time and walk away. I got very disappointing and walked away without getting my shoes and i will never be coming back again.The only reason why I give 1 stars because the sitting area and the ambience is quite good.
