I came to Botanict on 6/8/2023 at 7.20pm. I ordered my food at 7.28pm. At 8.03pm, I was told that the food and rice is running out and I need to change my order. Upon changing my order I am informed again that the item has ran out. The service is really disappointing and unorganized.

The service at Botanict was terrible. The wait time was too long and the staff seemed disorganized. I would not recommend this place.
