The receptionist with black hair is really rude, I asked her politely but she behaved so impatient. I did ART outside the clinic, she swab me really hard, and even I got the negative result msg from MOH, she didn’t tell me my queue number and allowed me to wait inside. Felt unwell alr, now even worse after being treated like that.
