Approached counter staff to confirm if redemption would be from kiosk or counter. Staff said kiosk. So i joined the queue for the one pathetic machine for 10 min. End up, message on kiosk said proceed to counter for redemptions. When i checked with the staff if it is to proceed to your counter instead, all staff are lazy to confirm if i am queuing for orders or redemptions. The patience of all the cashiers are really very poor and inpatient towards customers. $6 for the price of a juice is quite expensive because there got a lot more choices for outside.
