Very rude staff. My colleague was asked to go somewhere else and not order any drinks. The staff said “go somewhere else la, we got too much delivery orders”. I mean, can you tell us nicely and not be so rude? You will never get my business anymore.
On the weekends where there is less people, they are fast and efficient! Staff were a little disgruntled though!
Your poor staff member working alone with such a long, non-stop queue and crowd!! She's trying her best but this is such an awful work condition. Please put more servers here, this just makes the customer feel bad for ordering and service super slow (by no fault of the employee!!)
