Today about 8 plus, there was a Chinese lady abused the Indian girl working there by calling her stupid! The staff are sincerely trying to meet all the customers orders. I hope the management will look into this and protect and defend the staff.
Very bad experience at this outlet. Especially when I do the purchase there was no queue and no customer at all. So I don’t see why my drink got delay and the one after me get their drink first. One of staff should be a trainee keep needing …
