Went to the store at 9:25pm to order but the cashier said that she had a lot of grab orders and to come back in 20 mins (she said come back at 10pm, lmao). gave her the benefit of doubt and I sat at the seats provided right in front of the counter. At 10:05 I got up to ask her if my drink is ready (apologies, I didn't memorize her name) and she said "Almost, almost, almost" which, I guess she was waiting for me to get up to ask her. At 10:10pm I still haven't received my drink but the staff at the counter - male this time - passed me an electronic device which needed my signature, saying that my drink is on the house. Long story short, I had to "wait so long" (over 30 mins) for my Grab order."
The strawberries were too sour for my liking. It would be great if the staff could recommend another fruit option.
