Prompt response, courteous reply, bus arrived on time, comfortable and enjoyable ride.

I cancelled before I even received the service. I booked online and called ahead of my toddlers party to ask some clarifying questions on their safety protocol (as we were transporting toddlers to a party in a bus). Firstly the phone was not answered in a professional manner with a lot of background noise and no company's name given. I booked online and was sent a confirmation but only for a deposit paid and nothing about pick up details and time. I decided to cancel and after some back and forth with an agent who called me service oriented as well as Ben from Claims, I was still told they will charge 10% admin fee because they 'confirmed' my booking. I cancelled well in advance and find it really ridiculous to pay a cent especially given the circumstances with such service. I am happy to share our messages to make it clear. Poor way to treat potential clients, glad I found another transport service.
