Booking was a breeze. Driver arrived early, professional, friendly and helpful. They use a motorized system to lift the wheelchair up/down the vehicle. Grateful for their assistance in our 2 hour charter to bring a family member out from the nursing home. 4 of us accompanied within. Call their mobile number when ready to leave.
Previously couldn't get a taxi require for wheelchair when mum discharge from Alexandra hospital, waited 1 hour for cap booking but turn out no transport available, when look up on line for Bodhiwheeler, they could provide the van to send us back. About half hour wait as was last minute booking, was very grateful for the service.
Engaged their services for PWDs, experienced rude service, pick up was delayed by 30 minutes, driver drove off without closing van door with PWDs in the van and had to be stopped by staff running behind the van. The disturbing part is the …

Engaged their services for PWDs, experienced rude service, pick up was delayed by 30 minutes, driver drove off without closing van door with PWDs in the van and had to be stopped by staff running behind the van. The disturbing part is the driver did not even apologize or show any concern for the safety of the PWDs. Will not recommend.
