Nice apartments. Not too spacious, but that's to be expected if you want a budget place. It's better to get an unfurnished apartment as the furnished ones do not that that many facilities.
It's a student hostel. Good and cheap student hostel with less buggy management. Would recommend to stay but this building may not exist after some time because as I heard it would be demolished soon.
Block 15 provided a student, like me, a budget accommodation for almost three years. It has all the basic amenities and it's proximity to NTU and Boon Lay makes it ideal for anyone studying at NTU.
