Bistro @ 55 has only opened for 2+ weeks and we had a fantastic meal there. I ordered the pork chops while my partner got the lamb chops — they were so juicy and tender! The pork chops was fusion western and Asian (I found out that one of the chefs is trained in Paris), and the lamb chops were cooked to perfection. The sides were delicious too, especially the mashed potatoes and sautéed mushrooms. The service was excellent, our waiter was knowledgeable and attentive. The ambience of the bistro is cozy and intimate, perfect for a date night. Overall, we had a great experience at Bistro @ 55 and would highly recommend it to others.
