Nice sheltered area for playing TTX and table tennis. Even though the place can be windy at times, the tables are fenced and so no need to run around to pick balls.
Went there for sports shoes recycling. Bins were strategically placed at the top of the flight of stairs in front of the building. Ample parking places along the road. Just need to climb up a long flight of steps.
Nets between tables, useful in preventing balls from flying out too far.
