Bought myself a set of digital lock from biosystem and during the installation my wall got damaged and the workers didnt return me the handle they took out. I contacted the company and they only said I'm sorry and couldn't rectify the concerns caused.

However, during the installation, the workers damaged my wall and did not return the handle they took out. When I contacted the company to rectify the concerns, all they said was sorry and did not offer any solutions. Very disappointed with their customer service and lack of professionalism.
