Flight from Singapore is on time, check in is very good and smooth. The aircraft was clean and seats are comfortable. Cabin crews are very warm and helpful. When I bought my tickets from Biman Singapore office found staffs are very efficient and helpful with smile.
Handling of bags and delivery items in this airline is atrocious! They do not understand the word 'FRAGILE' and broke very valuable electronic items.
