Very interesting! The placard was very informational and provided explanation for its presence in Singapore, as a gift from an Mr Elmar Prost in 2015 to symbolize the 50 year relationship between Singapore and Germany.
These 2 pieces of wall, used to be a part of long wall dividing east and west German.
