Made an appointment for 1pm on Monday. Was called over the weekend to shift the appointment earlier because the technician could not make it at 1pm. I said I would text back once I checked my schedule and did so 5 minutes later, changing my appointment to 11am. Technician showed up at 12:30pm. Not happy with the communication or punctuality.
