When call to comment that liquor cordon bleu that i bought seem to have wrapper that appear tamper with.. The man on the linewas very rude n say u can call..the martel agent They only take back and will not exchange

When I called to comment that the liquor cordon bleu that I bought seemed to have a wrapper that appeared tampered with, the man on the line was very rude and said I can call the Martell agent. They only take it back and will not exchange.
