Very disorganised. Counter no one maning and even phone call 62447200 no one picking up and leaving messages after messages for IO concerned to call back went unanswered and not responding for weeks even of repeating phone. Hope for better and improve services.

I had a pleasent surprise from Inspector Chua and Officer Luke Chang who came at my doorstep to deliver a good bag. and dress in casual Tees & Shorts, looking very cool, which is an excellent idea with our hot weather.. Thank you Gentlemen for the effort and time. It feels good to know we are under your care. .. Kathy
