Doctor takes very long to see patients even when they are obviously unwell, the admin serving the counter are very disorganised, they don’t even issue you a queue number after registration, you have to ask the number yourself. There is even no clear indication of where to sit, patients just randomly go and sit anywhere. The waiting area is also quite small and cramped.

Terrible. Today I wanted to see the doctor in order to get prescription for my hypertension. When I reached at the counter, the reception was attending to a patient. I stood next to the patient holding my IC. When she was done with the patient, she then walk away from the counter and started packing medicine. I quickly went in front of the counter and said I want to see the doctor. Then she told me 'can you queue? I am here to issue medicine only'. I told her that I will be seeing the doctor only. And she told me she will call the doctor. After some time, she asked me who I want to see. I told her the doctor I need to see is already back, I need to see him as soon as possible. Anyone can guess what she told me? she said that the doctor is seeing patients. I told her I have to go back to work. She asked me where do I work and I told her the exact location. Then something impossible happened. She started to call my workplace to enquire if I ever go back to work.
The clinic looks decent from the outside but the actual experience was terrible. The doctor didn't seem interested in what I had t say and brushed off my concerns. The clinic was also very crowded and it was difficult to find a seat in the waiting area. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place and will be looking for a different clinic next time.
