Paid accordingly to what was advertised, received package in a trash bag along with the bear. Feedback to them on the quality of the gown that were flimsy on the “satine” which will flip easily. Which mean this particular gown has been greatly worn and I’m left wondering if there was any good pieces left. Very poor quality and service.
The service provided by Mr. Chris was excellent. He was prompt and friendly, addressing all my needs and providing helpful advice whenever necessary. He is a nice and humble person to talk to. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!
