I had a very bad experience with their delivery. I paid extra $25 for the delivery timeslot 5-6pm and the driver wanted to come earlier before 5pm which i couldn’t as i was out and traffic was bad. I asked the driver to wait a couple of minutes as i was coming home but he refused to wait just 10 minutes and threatened to leave the items outside. I had to rush back and it was a very unpleasant encounter with the driver.
