I gave 5 stars for this Bata outlet staff Haryatee and Alan, for their absolutely fantastic assistance. Last week was my birthday, and as a gift to myself, I bought a dress shoe from another Bata outlet. I wore it the next day but after a while, it started hurting my feet. I went to this outlet and explained the situation to Haryatee and Alan. They not only listened to my problem but also helped me find a better-fitting pair of shoes. I am extremely grateful for the excellent service they provided.
