The Red Room does not consist of just pure sweats and pumps. It contains wholesome load of super dedicated instructors (like Shannon Ria, Kim!) who give all out to motivate people on the threads and floors! ❤️ - Kathleen
Really intense work out. Great if you're really wanting to give it everything you've got. Space is not quite as nice as the other locations and would not recommend if you're new to working out as it would be easy to injure yourself as the instructors are not able to monitor everything.
