Having Barringham as our MA has been a great relief. We had a lot of issues with our previous so called "professional" MA. A lot of estate matters not resolved, which BI had made effort to clean up. As Chairman of the estate, it lifted a burden off running a challenging estate. Understanding M’s background as a lawyer, it is an asset in solving some tricky and complex issues. Office team and J are responsive and patient in dealing with our PM needs. Since Barringham took over, there are more timely updates to owners. Financial statements are timely. The turnaround time of obtaining documents is slow in some instances, perhaps due to the load of work, administrative inefficiency and their attempt to prevent dural/triple-claiming, possible fraud. But subsequent follow-up usually expedited documents in order to expedite. Thanks, Barringham! Keep up the good work. More to go!
