Very big place with many viewing booths for puppies. The shop owner, Sharon, was very kind and patient. We had lots of questions for her as we were not sure what were the best breeds for our children. She answered all our questions and provided helpful information. The puppies were adorable and well taken care of. We had a great experience at Barkbuzz.

Unethical dog seller in Singapore, a bunch of liars and unprofessional sales tactics. They trick people into buying sick puppies and refuse to refund or provide proper care instructions. They even use fake testimonials on their website. Stay away from Barkbuzz!

We had a very frustrating experience with Barkbuzz. Firstly, they said their puppies eat only Akela (their in house brand) brand's pet food and if we buy another brand, they won't eat. When we asked for recommendation of a pet supply store, they recommended a store that only sells Akela brand. It felt like they just wanted to sell their own food. Secondly, the puppies were not well groomed and some had health issues. Overall, we would not recommend Barkbuzz.
