I visited Banyan Home @ Pelangi Village Assisted living facility and was quite disappointed with the rude behavior of the workers. They have no regard for the patients' families and their handling of phone calls and in-person interactions is unprofessional. It's a shame when the people who are supposed to care for our loved ones behave so poorly.

I was shocked by the rude behavior of the workers at Banyan Home @ Pelangi Village Assisted living facility. They have no respect for the patients' families and it shows in their interactions. They constantly interrupted and did not listen to what I had to say. It was a very unpleasant experience.

The workers at Banyan Home @ Pelangi Village Assisted living facility have no respect for patients' families. They were rude and unhelpful during my visit. It's disappointing to see such behavior in a facility that is meant to provide care and support to the elderly and their families.
