The wait time was extremely long. Had to wait for hours even though there were only a few patients ahead of me. Very frustrating.
The clinic is not value for money. The prices are high compared to other clinics in the area and the service provided does not justify the cost.
The reception area was very crowded and the decor was outdated. It did not create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
The staff at the clinic were not friendly or helpful. They seemed disinterested in helping patients and were rude in their interactions.
The quality of service provided was poor. The doctor did not seem knowledgeable or attentive to my concerns.
Overall, my experience at this clinic was not positive. I would not recommend it to others.
