Very slow counter services at Bank of China @ Waterway Point. Usually, only 2 counters are serving the customers although there are 4 counters with staff. I wonder what these 2 staffs are doing? Doing paperwork? At 1.00pm on Saturday, it already stops to issue new queue number for the day. It operates till 4.00pm on Saturdays.

Accompanied mum to bank of china to put fixed deposit 10k. Mum enquired a guy working there, the guy told her that they allow cash deposit. Was served by Sherry Ang Hwee Ling from waterway outlet. Raised her voice at my …

Expect long queue and very little counters as compared to other banks. Hope that they open more branches in SG. Really inefficient to keep waiting

Raised her voice at my mum and was impatient with my mum showing her passport. Please be patient with elderly.
