I guess it's a somewhat affordable class, but does not really let you get hands on baking with much of the steps already pre-made or made in a batch.

Was looking forward for the Basic Fondant Cake and Cupcake Decorating Class which was supposed to commence today (11th May 2019). However, was told that the class was postponed only 1 hour before the class starts. What's worse is that I was not even personally informed and had to get someone else to call and find out. Very unprofessional.
