Not my first time using this service but today was a joke. I could have just used cling wrap at home. $30 for wrapping it once one way and once the other way after telling the lady I’m wrapping it due to not a strong suitcase. They wrapped while I was standing there couldn't fold it flat made little tears at handles going ring the general purpose rubber band. The Cling wrapped wasn’t even tight n smooth.
