Reservation to pick up car was at 9 am on 24 June. Called a few times prior to confirm pick-up time.. Our plane arrived at 1 am. We waited until 9 am and the counter was still not opened. Called a few times and person answered and insisted that pick up time was 9.30 am.
Friendly and efficient staff, car are clean and returning it is a brezze. Will use them again when next in singapore
