Filed a report at the workshop after which the necessary repairs were carried out. However, I experienced a lack of follow-up service, which I consider to be unsatisfactory. Additionally, the price for the repairs was quite high.

Repair was smooth and no problems. Coordination by Mr Sim was perfect. Handing over and collection of car took less than 30mins each time. Thumbs up!

Customer service was not the best.
