My girl started her piano lessons at Aureus Academy United Square in 2020 Nov and for 2.5 years her piano teacher has changed 3 times due to very high turnover of teachers. It is very disruptive for the child and whenever the teacher is on leave, there will be no replacement teacher arranged, such a waste of time for the students. I have been letting the school know and requesting for teacher stability, but there seems to be no improvements. Their customer service also needs to be improved, as it takes a long time to get a response from them. Overall, I am quite disappointed with the experience.
