Was serve by a very polite Malay lady staff today at Jem outlet! Service was quick and efficient. Good customer service! Very hard to meet this kind of great service nowadays. :) keep it up!
The staff in JEM outlet are very slow in taking & serving orders to customers. There are 3 staff at the outlet but only 1 staff taking orders, packing the orders and taking payments. …
