Initially truth to be told, I was very skeptical about them due the the comments below but i still called them up and I was confident that I will hit the min order for pick up. Days later my billed arrived and I was really shocked that they overcharged me for 240 dollars. Their service was terrible and they ruined my brand new dress which they couldn't remove any of my old stains. To top it off, the second clean added more stains that were not there in the first place.

The quality of their service has declined over time while their prices have increased. They don't listen to feedback and my clothes always come back with creases, especially at the bottom. I've told them many times that this is unacceptable but they simply ignore it.
