Received a text next day from them after my youngest below 1 year turned Covid-19 positive yesterday. Telemedicine service engaged after I verified from MOH Covid-19 helpline. Doctor that called does not give any good advice or link to resources for manage Peds patients.
Was allocated to them after submitting online form on MOH for medication. Doctor called within 15mins and medication received under 6 hours. Staff also sent a text updating me on the delivery status. Thanks for the speedy follow-up!
Useless, doctors prescribed medication to collect at sgh pharmacy Upon reaching, pharmacist said there isn't any dosage stated..have to wait few hours ..tried contacting their clinic..line busy ..what kinda clinic. Better don't go..staff there also rude..Redhill heartland clinic.
